Content Transfer for Mac is a software to transfer your music, video, photos, podcasts and playlists in an easy way. You can use the 'Drag & Drop' function to move the files from iTunes to your Walkman. Download the System Software Updater from the support webpage for the camera. We recommend saving the downloaded file to the desktop of your computer. Double-click the downloaded System Software Updater. A folder will appear on the desktop. Double-click System Software Updater in the folder. The System Software Updater will run.
If you use Final Cut Pro X version 10.2
Final Cut Pro X 10.2 supports Sony XAVC, XAVC S, XDCAM, XDCAM HD, and XDCAM EX media.
Before importing Sony XAVC and XDCAM media, verify that Pro Video Formats is installed on your system. Check for software updates and, if necessary, install the latest Pro Video Formats. (You can also manually download Pro Video Formats from the Apple Support website.) No additional software is required.

Before importing Sony XAVC and XDCAM media, verify that Pro Video Formats and the Sony XAVC/XDCAM Plug-in for Apple are installed on your system.
